We are looking for a « Customer care » IT system Project manager (Contract)
She/He will design, manage the development, integration and deployment of DizzitUp’s multi-countries, multi-channel (web, voice call, SMS, USSD, e-mail and social media) « Customer care » integrated system that will let prospects and customers to:
- Discover our offers and solutions
- Subscribe/Buy them
- Manage their services
- Request for help
Experiences/Knowledge required :
- Corporate Customer care IT project management
- Customer care, Messaging center platforms
- Telecommunications VAS platforms (SMS, USSD, IVR & Call center)
- Software architecture & integration
- IT project budget definition and management
- Sub-contractors & remote developers management
- Minimum of 3 years IT project management
We value PM who have real experience in integrating and deploying a full Customer care system around industry standards cloud services like Slack, Hubspot, Salesforces or Zendesk.
